The challenge was to upgrade Southern Company Gas' experience of publishing content across 4 organizational domains.
We began by creating a system for making design decisions.
We created an internal reference guide for content design. This was circulated via a website and Figma.
Now that we had a system we worked to reorganize unstructured content into clearly defined destinations that start broad and drill down to specifics.
With our content channels clearly structured we were now able to create a publishing platform within the organization.
Southern could now publish to their corporate site and simultaneously publish to 1 or more companies domains.
We designed modular system for delivering key data-driven company insights across the organization.
This provided access to company inights that had formerly be stuck in circulated PDFs and Powerpoint presentations.
